Great experience at check in when the receptionist allowed early check in and helped me upgrade my room. Great breakfast options and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

First the positives: The hotel has an ideal location near the center of town. The bed was super comfortable. The wifi was very fast. The room was very clean. But there were some negatives. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. One of the two elevators was out of service. At times, we had to wait a very long time for an empty elevator. At the bar they didn't know how to make a martini. At breakfast, we asked for mustard for our sausage, and we were told that they had no mustard. I realize that these may sound like petty things, but it was a bar with no martinis, a kitchen with no mustard and a toilet with no brush. And the elevator situation was agonizing at times.

Bed very hard, breakfast could do with a bit more choice.

Recent overnight stay, easy parking at Q Park located at back of Hotel and discount rates given. Rooms, clean, good amenities. Staff friendly and informative. My only criticism would be the timing of breakfast, this was till 10.30. In all other places the end timing of breakfast means you can not enter after this time but this meant all hot plates and drinks machines were switched off. Head of staff did advise this would be happening at 10.30 but we felt unable to relax or to have a final hot drink.

Excellent location for what we required. Lovely friendly staff.

Hotel was amazing, we stayed to go to a local concert during the recent 33* heat wave. In the Reception there was a selection of hotel needs, snacks and drink in fridges to buy. Room was clean and well kept. The only down side we couldn’t get the air conditioning in the room below 18.5 so couldn’t really cool down. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Selection of fruit, pastries, cheeses and a cooked breakfast. Parking was a bit confusing to get too but once in, it had been recently painted. Spaces were quite large and we could stay parked after checkout, so we could go on a walk about of Liverpool city centre. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent stay, very modern, very clean and staff very helpful. We're going back again. To all the staff from reception to restaurant. Thank you for making our stay brilliant. Job well done 👏
