More like hostel, couldn’t get in at first. Got woken up both days by families in the communal kitchen, or communal bathroom.

Beware: This place is a total scam. Not a Hotel. Fake pictures, No Staff. No Room.

An uncleaned blancket and smelling, i asked for change the staff couldn't change it. Bad experience.

All the furniture is broken, or dirty, our door lock came loose by the end of our stay. The owner isnt very trustworthy, nor seems to know the area that well as we got a parking ticket following their advice. This place is not worth the money you pay

Showed up for check in during hours recommended did not have info on how to enter. A guest was able to contact the owner but also stated they had similar troubles

They never replied to give me a code to get in so I called and asked for a refund and hotels.com said they couldn’t get me one. This place sent me a message I would get a refund but I haven’t seen it.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, outdated, and uncomfortable. The closet in the room was broken so we couldn’t use it. The fan that was provided was broken too. There are two shared bathrooms, which are dirty and not have mold all over the place. The kitchenette was not really available to use, other than the microwave; you weren’t allowed to use the stove or the washing machine. They provided no towels even though in the pictures they show they do. There were bedbugs and whenever the owners would come in, they’d be very noisy and at one point they just randomly opened our room door. We had to leave this place earlier than expected and look a hotel near by. When I let them know that we were leaving early because of the conditions, they just said “ok” and did not offer us a refund for the remaining time, nor did they care. I am not sure how this place is still in business. The owners speak broken English so it was hard to understand, and they don’t speak Portuguese as they are from somewhere in the Middle East.

There was no reception, no one answered phone. No notification of this kind of check in. Lost money on taxi and had to book another hotel. Said it's non refundable
