While the apartment is located on a major shopping street, guests should be aware that it is in a pedestrian zone. Taxis cannot drop you off directly at the entrance, requiring about a 5-minute walk with heavy luggage to reach the property. Regarding the stay itself, the apartment needs better maintenance and basic upkeep. During our visit, the air conditioning provided minimal cooling, the kitchen faucet was loose, there were visible holes in the walls, and the shower valve was very difficult to switch between the overhead and handheld heads. Additionally, there were active renovations on the floor, resulting in trash left near the room door. Overall, the central location is a plus, but the property would benefit greatly from thorough maintenance and better attention to detail.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement; à 4 minutes de marche du Duomo, avec beaucoup de magasins/restaurants/ cafés aux alentours. Par contre, nous entendions tous les bruits à l’extérieur. L’autre point négatif est la literie: 2 petits draps seulement avec une petite couverture en polar et des oreillers pas des plus confortables. L’hôte était très serviable et gentil, tout était bien propre!

Staff communication was excellent. The unit is located above the stores in Duomo, but I received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before check-in with a video of where to find the entrance to the hotel. Any questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp.

Great Location! Thank goodness for the air conditioning in the summer! It was tricky to find and the elevator was a bit tricky if not familiar with cage like operating system. However, once I got the hang of it, it was awesome for lugging up suitcases. Staff was so kind and very helpful!

Easy to get from the airport on the metro to the Duomo stop. It was right in the shopping district and blocks away from the Cathedral.

The staff were excellent and very gracious!

We stayed in Montenapoleone on the 5th floor. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, the room was big, clean and air conditioned. The location was perfect, just behind the Duomo and a few minutes walk from La Scala opera house. Highly recommend.
