Very small gym. No electricity or AC on night one. The kettle in the room is very hazardous and smells like burning plastic when on for a few minutes. A piece of toilet paper for use. The metal bed made noise everytime I breathe. No elevator to take luggage up. This hotel needs more option for "buffet breakfast". The wooden floor in the pool area....VERY DANGEROUS. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH !!!

The hotel building is in disrepair

Room was ok - a little old but clean

Room was very smelly (mold), Wifi was not working, fridge was hot and bed was very uncomfortable.

Property in poor condition. Need to be upgraded

The hotel is under construction, which sums up the experience. Water was dripping in the hall way and in the toilet in my room. Had to ask for towels to be provided in room on day 1. No cleaning of room took place on at least one day. Staff were friendly and helpful, which was the saving grace.

Nice place to stay

It could be a nice hotel, but first internet was very bad, slow and unstable, then the sink drain of my bathroom was not working and finally the bed was noisy and not confortable

Hotel is well located. Rooms are humid and their smells also reflects French Guyane’s humidity. Overall ok hotel for price. Breakfast is ok.

Cayenne does not boast any good hotels. Montabo, former Novotel, is probably the best available one. Is it also the only hotel situated next to the beach. Staff are friendly, facility is pleasant. Food is good.
