Room was very small and quite cramped. Was meant to be a suite, but not a chance was it Bathroom was so small you had to move to the side to close the door There was no aircon and the room was stifling; you couldn’t leave the balcony door open because of noise Reception were lovely and super helpful

Very clean and very good location. I didn’t think that the kitchen will have these amenities. We stayed in sea-view balcony room. The staff member is also kind. 100% recommended!

Excellent location, right next to the arcade and within walking distance of the train station and the beach. If you get a room facing the sea, the view is wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay. I happened to stay during a brutal heatwave (35°C+), and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The property does provide spare fans and has ceiling fans, and some rooms have a balcony door for extra airflow, which helped, but it's worth knowing in advance if you're visiting during warmer months.

Great location, lovely staff, beautiful apartment with everything I needed, very comfortable bed, amazing shower. Can't fault it!

Reception phoned me to let me know that the room was ready, so that I could check-in early.

we only stayed here for 5 nights but property had everything we needed the kitchen was well equipped with a hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. bathroom had walk in shower with good water pressure. Hotel is situated in the center of the town a short walk from the train station and close to shops,restaurants, pubs and also about 10/15 min walk to Brighton pier

The staff was always available and very friendly. The room was even better than pictured and so well appointed- laundry tabs, dish soap, espresso pods, tea, cocoa, sugar and milk for coffee and bottled water all in the room ! Comfortable beds and AC unit. Mostly quiet halls and efficient elevator. Perfect location for us 1/2 way between train station and bus stop. Definitely recommend!
