Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay.

Good rooms and idyllic place. Very near to Colmar French town.

Very friendly staff, provided amenities as i was on my honeymoon, and provided honeymoon decorations as well. Would 100% come again.

The Property is nicely located. The amenities are good. The property is upkeep. The staff is very good.

Staff. Most of them put on smiling face, quick to respond to inquiries and request.

We had a very comfortable stay and the staff went out of their way to help us and ensure a pleasant stay.

Amazing stay. However the hotel is almost outdated even though is very comfortable. Staff were great except the newer staff which is foreign staff. Hardly understand Bahasa and limited English. Came during weekend and school holiday. Its very crowded but the staff managed patrons professionally. I might return again maybe during non peak with less crowd.
