All was fantastic (grounds, staff, food, kids entertainment/facilities, range of premium drinks). Only let down was the shower room is practically level with the hallway and the water always escapes out so we end up with towels all outside the door. Despite this, we would still return as everything else was excellent.

Everytime we shower, the water would flooded outside to our room floor, this happened on our first day of arriving till the fifth day until we notices that the drain was blocked.
Difficult to book restaurant as we would call on the day at 9am and it would say the restaurant is fully booked when the restaurants is half empty in the evening from walking pass it. The next day we called at 9am and the restaurant was fully booked again, We went down to the reception and complain to the customer relations and they book us a restaurant which is strange as when we called they say it’s fully booked. Can’t book restaurant online also or book other restaurant for any other following day.
Staff unable to speak English or understand as I brought my own baby food and put it in a bowl. We asked the staff to heat it up for me and next for minutes they came back with something different and apparently they added milk into my baby solid food.
Apart from that, it was a lovely stay and the kids enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again but hope they can improved the above

7 star hotel, high quality service, best and highest quality food, personal attitude, lots of activity for children, great location, huge selection of restaurants! It is highly recommended

Family friendly resort with lots to do. The staff were overall very pleasant and check in and out was straight forward.
