Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again.

Helpful staff and clean room

Room was hot, despite the best efforts of the electric fan we had running all night - the UK just isn't prepared for this hot weather lol Great budget accommodation for a brief stop visiting Alton Towers & family nearby.

Very difficult to find - the map shores the Orient parting separate to the service station car park. The property is not signposted in the service station - the reception of through the vestibule to the public toilets. This is the first hotel in the works I’ve stayed at where the welcoming aroma is stale urine! Not an edifying experience!

Hotel stay was okay for one night (but not much better). Older hotel in need of upgrade and repairs. Bathroom countertop broken and taps difficult to turn off. Breakfast was vouchers for fast food at the highway rest stop (and was only accepted as some (not all) vendors in the food fair. As foreign travellers we did not underestand that this hotel was located at the rest stop for a toll highway. ... Will give Days Inn by Wyndham a pass next time, as this is similar to our previous experiences with this franchise.

The room was clean but needed a repair done to the floor on the bathroom and the splash back behind the sink. Clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly staff

Difficult to get to due to being gated and having to request entry via the intercom. Room was reasonably clean and quite basic. Headboard was hard, but the bed was comfortable. Surprisingly they still use old fashioned keys for door entry. Reception was closed at 0930 when we checked out and dropped off the key in a box attached to the wall.

Great stay. Could do with some tlc . Comfy beds.
