I didn't like the fact that there were holes in the bottom of the wall between the bathroom and the bedside cabinet. I was worried that mice or cockroaches might come through! (They didn't). The fan heater in the top of the wardrobe didn't work. However, I discovered the other heater, and the heat pump, so it didn't matter. Maybe a plank of wood could be attached to the bottom of the wall over the holes? And some putty in the holes further up? And the broken heater could be taken out of the wardrobe? I appreciated the helpful staff. The room was basic, and inexpensive. It was warm, and had all that I needed for a short 2- night stay - warm shower, comfortable bed, TV, a chair, towels, facecloths and toiletries. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Basic room with basic amenities. Pretty clean, although uncertain on how well the carpet was hoovered. Nice, comfortable bed, with good pillows and clean sheets. Shower pressure was atrocious.

Great location, nice modern room. Pretty quiet considering location. Would return.

Clean facilities in middle of Arrowtown. Large free car park located behind the hotel. Discount offered on bar and food

Disappointing stay and Wi-Fi non existent, sky tv connection was in and out and hard to watch anything so a bleak stay. Room was very basic. Location is good tho.

We had the apartment, which was wonderful and a good value. Bedrooms a little hot at night. Terrible parking because of the time of year. Wonderful little patio.
