An excellent location for exploring the Devon coast. Excellent room and breakfast. Really friendly and attentive hosts. Plenty of private car parking onsite. Literally next door to an excellent pub serving a great choice of meals.

Had an amazing couple of nights stopping here, staff were friendly, place fab, room came with a fan so that was great as it was 34! Would highly recommend this place and the breakfast was great, loads of choice and freshly cooked. Already recommended this place to a lady I spoke to, will defo be coming back to this area and stopping here.

Simon and Rosie were lovely - attentive and helpful. The accommodation was excellent, and the breakfast delicious and beautifully presented. The homemade marmalade was lovely.

Breakfast was amazing and all cooked fresh and to order, room was clean had complementary bottled water in the mini fridge and had great tea and coffee selection and fresh milk. Would stay there again. Plus pub right next door which is amazing

The Heritage B&B is the perfect place for a staycation. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the pub next door was great for an evening meal. It is a short drive to Weymouth and Portland.
