低於平均 Booked the hotel as we needed to travel to Miami unexpectedly due to a cancelled flight, however the flight to Miami was also cancelled. Despite explaining to the hotel, within hours of first booking, why we could not make it to the booking, they refused to refund our money.

低於平均 The staff was not welcoming or helpful. The bus that was supposed to pick us Up from the airport was a different color than what was told at the desk. The staff was rude and they charged us thirty five dollars to check in early even though I called to verify and they never mentioned the fee. The restaurant staff was very slow and inattentive. The food was okay. The drinks were watered down. There was no water available at any floor in the vending machines.
