The person cleaning walked in our room while I was undressed out of the shower. The person didnt knock, unlocked ans opened the door. Inappropriate. Other than this, it’s a great place to stay!

We weren’t notified before our stay that they were currently renovating, so trucks, dust noise etc. water was off for three hours! Had a bit of a walk from car to cabin, so annoying for luggage etc

Upon arrival with my little dog and the fact I’d booked a pet friendly cabin I was told they didn’t know I had a dog? But yet given the pet friendly cabin and omg it was yuk,small,tv didn’t work and air con was small and so noisy and the shower dripped and bathroom was soaking wet Booked for 3 nights but stayed one Very disappointed and won’t go back

Tv wouldn’t work they wouldn’t fix it advertises daily housekeeping saw no one in 4 days had to go the shops toilet paper sugar etc as they wouldn’t replace any of it rude n no good

Room was very clean but very small and wasn’t what I expected however the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly we would come back again but would definitely pick a bigger room

Nice tidy unit. All we needed. Gas hob didn't work in the communal kitchen so we used the bbq instead.

Room stunk all the reviews say the same. Toilet plumbing was hissing constantly had to turn tap on and off every use. Receptionist was the rudest receptionist I have ever meet. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Decent back packer style property but a little far out of town and reliance on buses required

Reception desk is very co operative and helping always there to guide with right information.

Cabinet above bathroom basin is in the road when trying to use the basin to wash your face or clean your teeth. Suggest cabinet is tilted higher or a shorter one is fitter with greater space above the basin. We could not operate the bench top hot plates and no instructions were provided. Hot water dribbled out of taps and showers.
