this particular property had roaches and other bugs in the room. crawling on the stove and behind the mirror.

The. Staff would not give m my room even tho it was prepared because my first name didn’t match. She wouldn’t help was rude and told m not had roaches. I lost my money because I didn’t get the insurance.

The front part was ok, but the price we paid wasn’t worth it. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we pull the sheets back in both beds it was hair in the bed…the furniture needs to be updated… the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and we seen a roach in the bathroom.

Thought there might have been utensils, plates, etc but they were able to provide cups & plastic utensils

低於平均 The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience.
