Self check in as no reception and 71 steps to our room due to no lift and due to narrow stairs carrying suitcases was a struggle. Centrally located but very noisy. Moved to another room due to dirty sheets noticed upon arrival but again found the room dirty and experienced noisy neighbours with all night music, talking and 24 hour smell of cannabis so left and checked into another hotel!

He had a lovely attitude and such a helpful guy, looked after us when we checked in early.

It’s a staff-less hotel so there is nobody to help if anything goes wrong. Their self check in machine is meant to print out a 9 digit code that gives you access the building and your room, but it didn’t have any paper. The room advertises tea and coffee, they gave me 2 coffee pods and 2 tea bags and didn’t restock when doing room service. The advertised breakfast is really just pointing you towards a local Starbucks.

The checking in process is terrible. Even the German guests couldn’t work it out. Wouldn’t stay here again

We couldn't get in Waited three hours for them to come change the lock.. Shower broke. Just really unhappy

Very nice place and extremely close to the train station. We’re glad we stayed in this comfy place. Made a good one night stay. Private bathroom was also welcomed

Dirty coffee glasses, pillows are smelling bad, no luggage storage but they mentioned that they had... also check out is 11am and at 10 am a lady came knocked the door and said 'elf elf elf' it means eleven in german, I checked out at 10:15 because of that HOSPITALITY(!).

Uncomfortable bed, self-check-in with no help, especially when a problem arose, such as the system being down when we arrived for check-in, with a large crowd trying to check in and no one to help. It took us over two hours past check-in time to get in. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
