lovely B&B close to bars and restaurants Edna was wonderful and a great help.

Located by the lake shore offering many walk paths and near food court with many restaurants to choose from.

Very friendly staff. They gave us some great ideas about what to see.

Fantastic and appreciated

Room was a little smelly and could have been cleaned better-found a large spider on the ceiling and cobwebs all over. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Excellent location regarding restaurant options and to the beach

The room was clean, the staff very friendly and welcoming, the location is near everything you want to see and experience in Rotorua! Just looooooved every minute there ! 1000000% recommend!!!

Great central location. Room was clean and provided us with all that we needed. Breakfast was a little basic but fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the lady who did the breakfasts. Overall a little quirky, but we enjoyed our stay and felt it was value for money.
