Staff was excellent, location was good .

Fantastic hotel. Will use again

Convenient location and comfortable beds. Gym is a big plus. Took off one star as the rooms are a bit noisy: you can hear footsteps and muffled voices from neighboring rooms.

Walking distance from S-bahn and U-bahn.

While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities in the room: no fridge, kettle, ironing board, coffee, etc. overall, still okay given affordable but not up to par with my usual Moxy

Good location

Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and was asked to walk to a nearby “equally good” hotel—whatever that meant. I walked over, only to find there was no booking under my name. After several phone calls, the issue was finally sorted, but I was then placed in a very basic room, which I wouldn’t even rate as 3 stars.

Perfect hotel and location. Walking distance to subway and near by store, food market.Very good breakfast in the morning.

Staff was super nice!
