Great locations, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. All are just superb.
I will go there again and will recommend anyone to stay here. It’s right at the heart of Okd Quarter and very close to the game.

In the old town. Very close to night life and many restaurants and the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big mention for Mr Linn the manager and tour operator. Very friendly and helpful man. Booked all our tours and transport. Very knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and clean. WiFi reception was good. Air conditioning was good and fridge well stocked.
Sapa, Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh well worth visiting. Talk to Mr Linn.
If there was only one thing I can say. Breakfast was ok but could do with one or two more choices. Otherwise a good 10/10

We did not have a view from our room, but the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Good sized bathroom with a tub/shower.
