Everyone was friendly and accessible. The balcony was small and cute, but only had a view of trees and 2 other huge buildings. The room itself was really nice and they set up snacks for you and the towel setup was so cute! The shopping center next to here is great! Only complaint is that there was one night that people were shouting around 1 am, not sure if they were told to be quiet. Also, not sure if they clean at night because we would randomly hear the sound of something slamming to the floor like a broomstick at random times in the night. However, still a 5 star experience because everyone was great, the breakfast was good, the room was great and in a good area.

The pool is small and breakfast just toast and cake, but staff friendly and hot clean. Location ideal for old town

Very centrally located in the heart of Old Town. Just a few mins walk to Sunday night market. Staff was very helpful when needed.
