the room was cleaned and the staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was so yummy and the parking was very easy. overall i liked the hotel and the service.

The staff are the making of this hotel. They're brilliant. The hotel itself is well presented and in a great location with parking on site too. Highly recommend.

Very reasonable price, good amount of parking, easy and quick access to Dunfermline which was 5 mins down the road by car. The room and bathroom were a reasonable size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped although I did have a couple of minor maintenance issues such as a broken hair dryer which was replaced and the shower gel dispenser being virtually empty. Worth just double checking these things before you shower! The shower was at least nice and powerful. The pub/restaurant itself was decent with nice staff and food. Given there is not much around this place, check food times and book if food is needed. Breakfast in the morning is buffet style so recommend getting there earlier so that the food is fresher. I would stay here again.

We got this room at a bargain price and just expected somewhere cheap and cheerful to lay our heads. I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was impeccably clean. The beds extremely comfortable and I liked how the single bed was hidden away from the double. The hotel was very well maintained. The lobby leading up to the rooms was however unbearably hot which meant our room was quite warm. Due to being near a through road we could not leave the windows open due to the traffic noise. This is the only slight negative in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend, will book again if in the area.

There was plenty of parking. Lovely greeting from all the staff wherever you went. The room was fine , lovely big bathroom but the shower hose needed a good clean and the drain needs sorting to speed up the drainage as you stand in water for a long time. Firm bed but pillows a bit flat. Breakfast was fine. Bananas, individual yoghurt pots and croissants would have made my day. The restaurant was lovely as was the food for evening meal. Good value stay

Communal areas look great, very clean and modern. Bedrooms and bathrooms a bit older, bathrooms especially quite dated and need a bit of maintenance. Room was a decent size but sofa bed was uncomfortable. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and had a drink in the outdoor terrace which was nice. Overall would stay again when in the area as it was good value.

The breakfast is good then parking in a safe place the room is excellent very and very comfortable large room plenty of space bed very comfortable have booked again for next year

The room is very clean the break fast is very nice clean table the shower a bit small but very comfortable parking is very nice and spacious staff friendly and helpful

The breakfast was lovely. Staff really kind and helpful. All decor was freshly done and everywhere was very clean, would stay here again.

Tv in room was broken , scaled my hands and feet due to the temperature of the bathroom hot water. The heat in the corridor and bedroom was extreme even with the room window open. Overall the lack of amenities and washing facilities in this room was unexpected of unbelievability.
