Smells like cigs. Paint on curtains, burn holes in the couch. Felt dirty staying here.

Clean room, a little dated but for the price you can't complain.

We had a great experience and the staff was very friendly! Hotel was in a great location for us.

Room was neat and tidy. We had an issue with our key card, which the staff fixed immediately very nice and helpful

We had a nice one night stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The rooms and hallways are dated but functional. Rooms could use more lighting, but everything you need is available. Nice pool and coffee is available until 9:30 a.m.

Hotel was fine for a 2 star hotel at the shore. Pool was best part. Room was clean but there was a stain on the sheets that might have been blood. Hotel had a smell to it despite being smoke feee hotel. For 1 night it was fine. Very basic room.

Perfect for an affordable stay close to asbury park. If we come back during the summer we’ll likely stay here again, as it’s the best deal in the area and definitely comfortable. One thing to be aware of is the traffic in the area is atrocious. If you’re not used to Jersey traffic just be forewarned- they drive like absolute maniacs to the point where it’s legitimately scary for those of us who aren’t used to it. There’s an Aldi and quick check across the street from the inn, and a shoprite that sells alcohol and a dispensary like three minutes away so the amenities are good. Also, there is an outstanding cafe/bakery five minutes away called Cats luck. I cannot recommend cats luck enough to anyone staying here- my husband and I go every time we visit the area, this time we went twice! I look forward to eating here just as much as any other part of our trips

Poor AC in the room. It's June and 85 degrees at night and the room is hotter. We had been in the sun on the beach at the Stone Pony. AC needs were strong. Didn't reach all the way to the bed, just to the couch. Locks don't auto close and secure. You are responsible for making sure your hotel room door and patio door. I understand the no smoking but on the balcony is outside. Meh. Their rules. Linen was partially dirty and stained upon arrival. Cereal, toast, bagels, and coffee for breakfast. Pool and patio looked great and well maintained. Didn't get a chance to use. Comfy bed. Fridge and microwave in room along with TV. Staff very personable and helpful. Close to amenities. Obvious things to fix/finish fixing, but it was 170 a night, reserved in Jan 2026. I balance it out that way

Our room was clean, nice staffing. my only complaint is i feel like it didnt get nearly cool enough in the room at night. otherwise, my spouse and i had a solid stay. maybe bring your own pillows!
