Property looks very dated/old. The pictures in the website is not the actual representation of the property. Which I think is very dishonest way to grab clients to stay in this hotel.
Staff and cleanliness of the place very good. Very attentive and helpful staff! This are the only 2 things I like.
Amenities just okay, the rooftop space is very small. Pool area very small too, it gets crowded easily.
Breakfast very mid..
I will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

不錯 The breakfast and the pool side ammenity were the bright spots. The shower head was broken and they wouldn't get it repaired even after front desk said that they did. No iron in the rooms.

低於平均 We had issues prior to arriving- the hotel didn’t respond to Expedia to assist or resolve.
The breakfast was an absolute joke- to the point I would rather miss having breakfast and just go out for dinner, rather than risk the stale limited choice.
We paid for a dinner buffet- there was no buffet, it was a choice of one of two options for starters main and desserts. Again overpriced and tasteless.
Also you are not allowed to order takeaways to the hotel or bring food (despite the fact if you try and order room service or attend the pool bar there is no service as they are busy watching football).
We won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend. Waste of money and poor service.

An ok hotel for the price paid. However, you can get a better place to stay in the vicinity with £10-£15 more per night.
In terms of service - for a family of 4, we were only provided two towels as this is kind of their policy. I had to ask at least 10 times for 2 more towels. They don’t allow any take away food in hotel room which was a surprise considering apart from single ok state highly expensive restaurant, there are no much options to eat in the hotel.
Room was in ok condition.
