We were in the middle of a June heatwave. The hotel being a historical property, we felt the a/c was not sufficient. Our only inconformity. Location was great! Staff super helpful. Very good breakfast. Bed comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly with hair on the floor, grime on the hand hold for the bath and the shower screen was grubby.
The ambiance was pleasant but the staff in the restaurant were brusque and not very helpful.
