Very good, hotel , staff were excellent

Welcoming start at reception. Requested extra pillows, handed them at the reception desk. Told we could not eat in hotel because of staffing issues and we had not made a reservation. Bar closed at 9pm due to staffing issues. Thrown out of the lounge at 10pm due to staffing issues. English not widely spoken even though Hotels.com said it was. Beds uncomfortable and very noisy outside our room from cycling guests. Most restaurants in local area closed for holidays or had a very limited menu. Area too quiet for tourists.

Very nice hotel near Regensburg and Walhalla. Quiet. Great breakfast buffet.

Wonderful

While we didn't stay long (really just an overnight stop), we found the people friendly and the property was safe. We arrived late and had a difficult time finding the entry door (Google maps sent us to the back side). Our room was clean and check-in was easy.

Very nice hotel, big, spacious room and beds. Everything was super clean, and staff was great. Rich and tasty breakfast. Very nice and quiet area.

Particularly the restaurant was excellent. But the staff were exceptionally good. Highly recommended. I stayed 3 days. I was upgraded to a room with air conditioning, not all rooms are available with ac, please check.

Positive: Friendly staff and good location, just off the motorway. large free car park. large supermarket and petrol station short walk away Negative: Room very hot, even in late Oct! The radiators were off but maybe because I had a top floor room, I was very hot and had to open the windows as no aircon. Rooms clean but dated. Bathroom small for size of room

Nice area very close to regensburg but away from the city noise and traffic. Pillows are a bit too soft but fitness area and sauna area very nice. Great breakfast buffet as well.
