Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The room was dated and had holes in the wall. The shower was warm.
The breakfast was poor. The shuttle service was positive but reeked of cigarette smoke.
Don’t stay here.

The location was far from downtown but they did supply a shuttle to bring and pick you up which was great! The breakfast was good. There was a respectable clientele. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. There was drug activity across the street but we felt safe and was contained there.

Best part of this stay was the shuttle service. The restaurant next door was great as well.
Those are the only good things I can say. The property is filthy. No working outlet for a person to get ready so had to try to do hair in the reflection in the door of the microwave. Front desk staff member incredibly rude. Woke up with bug bites. Couldn’t walk on the carpet in bare feet because it was horrendously filthy.
Shuttle service driver was great and was willing to give us rides wherever we needed to go. Shuttle vans were filthy but he was great.

The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Anthony the shuttle driver. He took us anywhere we wanted to go (airports, restaurant, grocery store). The room was spacious but a little dated. Carpet needed to be replaced. Location is very good, especially if you’re flying out of Merrill Field- it’s right next to it. Never really heard a plane very loud but we got there late. It’s not that far from Ted Stevens- shuttle has service to there also. Breakfast was actually hot- scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, milk, coffee. Nice to have a hot breakfast instead of just continental. Nice people and very accommodating.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was nice to have. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms are old and have a bad odor. Carpeting really needs cleaning. We were there for just one night and it serviced our purpose.

Room was clean. Broken latch on window was partially fixed after arrival. AC did not work and no screen on window. Airport Shuttle was an old van with driver and his stinking cigarettes. After second ride in van, we paid for a cab.

極佳 The person thatbran the shuttle was wonderful. Breakfast good as well. We only stayed one night but we were happy with everything. It's an older hotel but clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Decent hotel for the price w hg arf working staff. Breakfast was okay, enough to get the day started. Location a little farther from airport than expected
