Great hotel and would stay again

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay. The rooms were clean and had everything needed - a great shower, towels, shampoo, body lotion etc. The breakfast had lots of choices to suit us too. The location near the train and bus stations were just what we needed. The room decor is dated but as everything was so clean it can be overlooked.

very tiny room, no outlets to plug in anything, stained sheets and dirty room. we stayed long enough to book another hotel room and we checked out but she refused to give a refund saying she didn't know how. They charged me days before we arrived for our booking. we were only there aprox 30-45 minutes. also looked like a very bad area, stores etc all boarded up and closed . also room did not look like the picture posted when i booked it and when i told her that she said it was another room . she also said all rooms looked the same so that didn't make sense to me

Basic breakfast but more than adequate. Good hotel. Would stay again.

Gym was closed and an outdoor set up which was unusable. Staff were helpful. Wifi average speed and rooms can be noisy with outdoor traffic and voices.

Small, but comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast with a lot of options, excellent , corteous and friendly staff. The hotel is located at a 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini. The only downside: after 11 pm any inconvinient would need to be solved throught their sister hotel next door. Nothing difficult ( they gave us a code to open the main door of the building)but I think it is something every guest should know before booking. In general, it is a good option for a short stay in Rome.

Room was comfortablecand clean. Reception and hotel felt very dated and rundown. Felt a little unsafe with homeless people lying in the street. Plus side, very close to the main train station.

A few of us stayed here, different rooms, different feedback. I had a room for 3 and it was fine. Basic and clean, comfy bed. My companions had smaller rooms. One was dirty, hair in sink and bath etc. I think it might be potluck what you get. Its near the station so be extra vigilent.

It was a last minute reservation for us but everything was perfect! Skeptical in the beginning due to review posted but turned out the place was acceptable! The room was very clean, spacious for the two of us. The reception guy, Praveen was super polite and provided us with ample suggestions and breakfast option (since we need to leave earlier than the breakfast serving time) to enhance our experience even for a night but unfortunately we didnt have enough time. Would be happy to join if we have extra time.

Handy hotel with a good breakfast. The family room was good - two co-joining rooms. It was just what we needed for a city centre break with teenagers.
