Staff was very helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant on property, providing very nice breakfast options. Close to shops, and restaurants.

The front desk customer service agents were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and no smoking smell. Things that I needed for my room were fulfilled immediately after I requested. It was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be closer to the Vatican. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good hotel but at peak times can be very pricey due to demand. Seems to be a popular group tourist hotel with bus loads arriving at times. I’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times so it must be good

Clean room

I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times. That alone should be proof of its appeal. Great breakfast, rooms comfortable and helpful staff

The staffs are Italian and very little compassion to your concerns. They don’t care about you. All they care about hotel policies and no flexibility. So if you have a problem don’t rely on the staffs, typical Italian culture and attitude.

Good amenities close by, pharmacy, fashion and food as well as bus links. But the skip bins constantly overflowing and rubbish all over the car park.
