I have been in a month long trip through Europe and this was the only accommodation I booked weeks ahead because a friend was joining me. All accommodations I booked on the spot had been great, but can’t say the same about this one. We arrived and were sent to another building, the room was small and dated, and the shower was tiny. If we were a little bigger we would not have fit. We asked for an iron and they say they did not have one. We brought good clothes to Venice to take pictures and we could not iron them. We asked for a second card because we were two guys, but they declined giving us the second card. On the day prior to checking out, we mistakenly left the card in the room and went to reception to ask them to open the door for us. The man in reception was rude and called us irresponsible. My friend thought he was asking us for identification and he told him your identification does not work in Venice. We stayed calmed and finally he relaxed and made us another card. Location is great close to the train station, but hotel is not worth the price.

Nice room for a solo travel, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A very conveniently located Venice hotel. 5 minute walk from the station. Like many buildings in Venice there are steep steps up to reception. There is a small lift to other floors. Some of the rooms have been refurbished. There are odd steps along some corridors and out of the luggage room. The staff are helpful. There is a bell boy who helps with luggage during daytime. But not early morning or late evening. Room comfortable but bed hard.

Very central and the hotel has everything you can ask for. The Portuguese gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful

No elevator. 2 flights to rooms. Staff wouldnt help with luggage.

The room could really use some renovation. It was frustrating that they have issue with hot water. I arrived around 9:30pm and had to wait 45 minutes to check in, as the staff member explained he was alone and doing his best to serve everyone. Since I had paid in advance, I didn’t have many options during that waiting time. The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the street constantly coming in. It was also very cold, and unfortunately, neither the air conditioning nor the heater was working, even though options were available. It was a disappointing experience that almost affected our Venice tour. We also found a mosquito in the room, along with stains on the carpet, dust on the bed, and some hair in the bed as well. I understand how these issues can be upsetting during a trip, and I hope these comments help improve the experience for future guests.

Building is too old. You have to walk on stairs , no elevators. Very small room.
