The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and the experience of being on the water made this an unforgettable stay This was an enjoyable stay, the balcony over the water made the whole experience. In Florida they would remodel this building and charge $4-500 a night. The experience part of this hotel is 10/10. It is clean, good air conditioning as long as you use the fan they have in the room, and literally over the water with a view of Pattaya City, right by the pier, shops, restaurants, massage parlors, a short walk to the night market.

Staff fantastic, bed comfortable and amazing view, downsides were the property on general could do a refresh and the breakfast was pretty terrible

Nice friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms, we didn't get the ocean view and was placed further inland so it was a little disappointing but the room seems to be bigger where we were at. There is a motorsai shuttle to and from the room which was convenient.

Nice being over water but ants in room. Floor filthy breakfast horrible. Dont go swimming toilet empties right into bay. If it wasn’t for view it have 0 stars.

It is a peaceful place to spend time in. No frills just nice seaview and the jetty for the ferry is right next to it. You hear the waves underneath all day all night. You have to like the sound of the sea to appreciate it. Rooms are big and clean, bed is very comfortable and again not frills. WiFi worked great. What I liked most is the convenience of the ferry service to and from Pattaya city. So you have an easy 45 min ferry commute to and from Pattaya for food, shopping and all. The ferry service stops at 6 pm. In the evening the night market steps from the hotel offers seafood fresh from the sea at very good prices. This is not to be missed. There are other restaurants in Koh Larn but I prefer to eat in Pattaya City with more choices. One important note is when you book the rooms make sure that it is for the rooms or suites by the sea. There are other rooms further inland and the booking site do not differrentiate between them.

Love our house location. So clean and cute. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Everything was walkable but can be hard at times when busy due to all the scooter and cars. This is not the resort’s fault. Highly recommend the resort and would stay there again.

Booked the little casita up the road. Very comfortable and quiet

Good staff very friendly and spoke good English. Room had roaches and shower area was trash and outdated but water was hot. Porch like did not cut off and was pretty bright. bed was amazingly soft and excellent. The was as advertised
