Heavy traffic noise in the room at night. Bathroom was small with airline size sink.

Gym was small & very busy. No seperate gym for The Level, just utilising the same as the rest of the hotel. Getting a workout in the morning was impossible. Breakfast is great & has a good selection of foods. Service overall was fine. Unfortunately they have added a ‘discretionary service charge’ to this hotel now… upon checking out I was informed of the £10.50 charge for a 2 night stay, with no explanation as to what it was for. Assistant was happy enough to remove the bill, but this left a sour taste.

The location was great, the staff are friendly and the amenities are great. They even cater to gluten allergies.

We had a lovely stay at The Level at Meliá White House. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the facilities are excellent, and what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service from the team. A very special thank you to Victoria, Lubna, Ramon and specially Silvia, who were all absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, professionalism, warmth and genuine care made such a positive difference to our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel looked after, and their thoughtful attention and excellent service were truly appreciated. Thank you again for your hospitality. We really appreciated everything and would happily return.

The level is a fantastic space, with drinks & snacks all day and really good canapés in the evening. Good breakfast as well. Rooms are pretty spacious but light coming in from the bathroom area makes it hard to sleep in.

A fantastic hotel

Top class hotel stay from start to finish. If in doubt, book it. From the people the food and the service. Top from start to finish and if you can pay up for the level rooms. The lounge is class
