Excellent stay at a great property. Thank you.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Astra Suites. L’hôtel est très bien situé et super propre. Très belle piscine. La vue est incroyable. Le personnel est très gentil.

Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service and great caldera views. The food and drink were also wonderful. It is quite a descent to many of the suites so just be aware of that fact. The pool was a perfect temp and lovely. Overall we would highly recommend.

Hotel was great, views are incredible. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel's restaurant was also great both for table service and room service.

What can I say. Everyone of our needs were met usually before we even had to ask. They serve breakfast on your balcony every day. I never had a view like this before my life. One of the nicest places we ever stayed at. They set up all my transportation to and from the airport, the ferry, all excursions. Highest recommendation.

Service was beyond expectations. The reception was smooth. The staff cared about our experience. The room was tidied multiple times per day. The view - incredible from the private balcony. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend.
