Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.

Very nice staff and the included breakfast was incredibly delicious

Very kind attentive hotel staff Great breakfast, also prepared vegan Great view from room Would come back next time in Hakkodate

Best hotel in Hakodate! Comfortable rooms, lovely staff, and - best of all - a brilliant, multi-course breakfast cooked in their small restaurant.

The staff is amazing.

The staff was awesome.

Wish I could give staff and service an extra star! We had a personalized greeting and were welcomed with champagne. The room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was top notch! As for the location, it is only a short walk to the Hakodate Ropeway, and other tourist areas along the waterfront, making it the perfect location. An excellent stay! <3

Service is second to none with personalized assistance. Excellent front desk services, with special mention for Mr. Jang who managed all of our restaurant reservations and city guidance. Breakfast food and service is superb.

Very friendly staff and a cute small hotel with unique amenities that you won’t get from a larger hotel.

Attentive staff. Convenient location. Wonderful breakfast!!
