check in place and rom are 15 min apart. They let you check into room at 3pm but leave room at 10pm. Guess this is Italian

Not so good experience. I won't go there back. On Internet they say all taxes are paid but when we arrived they asked us to pay the city fees. On Internet didn't say but the toilet was in the hallway and the shower didn't worked properly. In the room one socket was broken. All the doors were hard to open, the keys did not seem to fit.

I don't normally leave reviews but the place was pretty bad. There was an excessive amount of mold in the Bathroom. The room was loud, the hallway light showed through into the room. The toilet leaked water all over the bathroom, and one night the door trim fell off making a very loud noise.

Good location and AC, but that's about it. Shower was scolding hot for about 40 seconds then ice cold, didnt get one decent shower the entire time. In addition to the taxes, we were charged an additional €20 per night due to a booking error in the system. This was to cover additional expenses for my partner, which was just replacing the towels (which was only scheduled to happenevery 3 days anyway). Bed was uncomfortable, drain in shower was clogged, TV didn't work (even after they fixed it the first night), wifi didn't work in rooms, kitchen was dirty and missing all cooking utensils. Extremely disappointed, very overpriced. Worst place we have ever stayed in Europe.

Location to all services is great , close to city and all public transport and restaurants.. Bathroom was too small for our liking .overall the room was ok has we only used room tosleep and shower..Service was ok but unlikely to stay their again..receptionist was friendly and helpful..

The hotel is located in central Naples, it looks nice as it seems to be newly decorated but it is dirty as we couldn’t walk the floor without slipper if we didn’t didn’t want to have our feet black. Same for the bathroom. It’s like no mop has ever been used. The hotel says breakfast is included but what u get is a small table with two kind of cakes, one bowl of cereals and one white yoghurt along with two kind of juices. Not to mention the fact that there is a girl coming in every morning at 7.30 to settle the tables for breakfast and she makes so much noise that it’s impossible to sleep. Overall more than a hotel this seems to us an apartment used as a bed and breakfast.

They upgraded me the room free of charge due to an over booking. So I had to move down the road to another of their sister hotels . The room was great.

Safe, all apartments are entered from a private courtyard. Excellent position within short walking distance of the Archeologial Museum housing artifacts from Pompeii, the train station, and the Sottoranea (the underground tunnels of Naples). Note: museum is closed Mondays. Enormous choice of eating places among the narrow winding streets.

Best breakfast in all places I stayed in Italy. Super friendly and helpful service, charming building and especially roof. I would only warn people the bathroom is pretty dark and good luck shaving your legs in the shower but you aren't overpaying for it.
