Staff were fine but the hotel room was far too hot and unfortunately it was noisy, so couldn’t sleep.
The hotel is conveniently placed near the shopping centre but was let down by the unbearable heat in the room.

Everything was good. Except if you are looking to explore central Turin you will have to take a metro and it is not walkable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. They should add fresh juices instead of using the ones from the carton. There is a small commercial complex which has a food court.
