Very convenient to train and bus stations

While the staff was friendly and helpful when a saw a large cockroach in my room, and they did change my room, I did not have a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was substantial, considering it was complementary.

Everything was fine, except you could not turn the fan off in the bathroom

So close to train station it was to go anywhere we had planned using the trains.

Room was clean so can't fault them on that but it's a very dated hotel. It is okay just for sleeping in as the location is extremely convenient, right opposite Shin-Yamaguchi station so easy to get to locations such as Hagi Castle Town and Akiyoshido Caves. Free Breakfast was included but the offerings were basic in my opinion so I didn't go back after the first day.

Clean, great staff, excellent breakfast. Even a couple bikes to get the kinks out from travelling. High value for price.
