We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

어머니께서 온천 가고 싶어하셔서, 다녀왔습니다. 정말 만족해 하셨어요. 저희 부부와 어머니 이렇게 세명이서 다녀왔는데, 저희 셋다 또 오자고 약속했습니다. 내부 공간 자체가 예술이고, 대욕장과, 방 안에 있는 내부 온천 말할 것도 없고, 뷰도 정말 아름답고요. 가이세끼도 맛있었습니다. 직원분들 다 친절하시고, 무엇보다 프라이빗한 공간에서 조용히 머물며 온전히 온천과 하나가 되어 가족끼리 쉴 수 있어 행복했습니다.

This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. Food was freshly and delicious prepared in course for both dinner and breakfast. Private onsen is well-maintained. Definitely will stay again!

Wonderful presentation and delicious for breakfast and dinner. However, no shower in the room.
