低於平均 We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid around £250 for one night. The room looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com and felt very misleading.
The biggest surprise was that the shower was literally in the bedroom!
The room also had numerous signs of poor maintenance, including damaged walls, chipped paint, exposed screw holes, and a loose door fitting.
The air conditioning was set to 26°C and barely cooled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and better attention to detail.
Overall, the property did not match its online presentation and did not represent good value for money. We would not choose to stay here again.

Cute and quaint rooms in a great location, next to the walls of Lucca. The area is quiet at night and safe to walk.
Check-in was a little tricky, but we figured it out.
Rooms were clean. No AC, so may be uncomfortable in the warmer season.

We rented two rooms at the hotel. It is close to the old city and on street parking is very close. One of the rooms air conditioning didn’t work so was a bit warm. The rooms are fine and had the things needed for a one night stay.

Lovely place overall, good distance from the walled city of Lucca, responsive and attentive staff.
Could not figure out how to operate the blinds, narrow toilet.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Booked a table for us in the local restaurant which served amazing italian food! So thank you for a great experience!
