Good property but under renovation. Highlights: location and bar at tip floor

Very good hotel in a great location, walking distance to kok tobe, the breakfast was really good I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly helpful staff,

The reception staff were very helpful, especially Ali and the young male person who was in training from Armenia (I don't recall his name) The Wi-Fi was ok but not fast

Rooms are quite old, in a dire need of renovation - stepping into the room felt like stepping into the 1980s. The worst part was the service - front desk staff were rude, and could use some basic training in hospitality.

The property had an amazing view of the mountains. The location is great as well. Breakfast had lots of options and did change a bit daily so we were not bored. The staff were a bit indifferent and housekeeping was bare minimum.

Reasonable hotel option. Pros: Building nice, rooms clean and comfortable though on the smaller side. Breakfast was terrific. Cons: no gym or fitness centre. Pool wasn't open in May 2026. The Barfly bar requires a 25000 KZT minimum tab for Friday and Saturday nights. Prohibitive if you're a solo traveller and want to have a (overpriced) beer up in the bar.

Breakfast is great

Very convenience and comfortable hotel! One of the most popular hotel for local as well! And amazing breakfast!

Wow!
