While the apartment was nice and spacious, it needs be cleaned a bit better, get rid of the mould in the shower area and clean the windows …the view over looking the water was good but it was a shame there was so much rubbish on the beach and the biggest was being woken up at 540am with church bells and church services, through the loud speakers ….

Excellent stay great location

Nice hotel and a good introduction to Sri Lanka. Well located within walking distance of restaurants and local shops.

Courtesy, cleanliness, good value for the money.

Lovely spacious apartment with nice sea view. Staff very helpful allowing us a much later checkout- nice and close to nearby cafes etc and right on the beach.

Apartment was really great size, amazing views over the pool and sea. Good resturants nearby and close to airport.

Staff were very helpful and friendly Apartment was spacious with a spectacular view of the ocean Would definitely return Great location

Very warm welcome from all staff and they made me feel at home

Great staff, they were very helpful

Nice ocean side hotel with very spacious rooms and OUTSTANDING STAFF. No restaurant or bar on site but plenty of options available within walking distance or delivery. The only issue with the property is that there is a church next door and it rings a bell throughout the nignt. Just entirey too noisy with a neighbor that was blasting music nonstop upon our arrival. This is something that potential guests should be made aware of.
