A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again.

MUSE Niseko is a beautiful, new and modern apartment-style hotel that comes complete with a king size bed, mini-kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer and a huge bathroom and shower. The unit is well designed to be spacious. What’s special is that there is only one apartment unit per floor, so it’s super quiet. Finally, the management company, Vacation Niseko Front Desk is fantastic. All the employees are kind, helpful and communicative, answering questions immediately and helping with any queries we had. They even helped us to make a restaurant reservation one night. A few suggestions may be to add some brighter lights as it’s a bit hard to see at night, with the dim lighting. During the green season (summer/fall) there are limited restaurant options in Hirafu/Niseko, but Kutchan is a short (10-15 min) drive away, and there are plenty of options there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at MUSE Niseko, and highly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful stay in the penthouse unit! Spectacular views of Mt Yotei and the surrounding area! Clear communication from the staff and painless check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend MUSE Niseko!

めちゃくちゃ綺麗で広い。 連日曇りで羊蹄山が1日しか見れなかったのは残念ですが、とても快適に過ごせました。

You cannot ask better view and better price in Toyako area. Quiet, cozy, lake Toya and Mt. Yotei view from your room. Room is big, like a suite. Well maintained facilities, generous amenities. No problem to communicate in English, If you have a car, this is the best choice. Last fall, I stayed here and when I planned to come this area again I didn’t even check other hotel. It says everything.

Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area.

Excellent apartment, modern and stylish, everything in perfect order. Huge rooms and living room. Beds are comfortable. View is magnificent, a great experience!

5 mins to the Hirafu Gondola by bus. 5 mins to Lawson. 1 mins to cross Hirafu bus stop. Nice terrace.
