Cozy and charming boutique hotel (9 rooms) in best neighborhood of Napoli. Paulo and wife host with attention and extra services such as delivering daily public transportation and wonderful restaurant reservations. We had a wonderful stay !

The owners were amazingly gracious and helpful in helping source excursions to Ischia. And Pompeii. They have over 20 years of local connections, resources and helpful advice! We will return when next in Napoli or area.

Paolo and JR were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early and were able to check in. They gave us helpful tips and recommendations about the area. Nice location in Naples, fairly easy to get around. Helped us book activities. Place was clean and they provided breakfast as well. Excellent place to stay in Naples. Highly recommend.

Very nice B&B in a nice area of Naples. We appreciated the restaurant recommendation and their help in booking us a taxi to the airport for an early AM flight. We will be back!

As I indicated the room was good, clean and comfortable, no issues. The location is also good walking distance to shopping & dining locations and very convenient in terms of driving to the airport.
I was not happy with the service provided esp. the breakfast. It was grossly inadequate and not fresh and we felt like the owners were penny pinching. Plus we had to eat the same breakfast for 3 days.
Also, the booking indicated a welcome gift … we never got any?
So I rate the property as average, will not return.
