Ii is not a 4 stars hotel. No telephone working, No Gyms, no pool, A/C not well adjusted ..

Communication & services is almost zero!

The hotel was good but the pool was closed. I wish it would’ve said that ahead of time

At first when we arrived we were excited to stay here because the lobby area looked so nice. Sadly that’s one of the few places that’s upkept. The hotel room is another story. The first room we were given had a couple of issues so we were changed to a different room. Things improved a little. The first room the phone did not work, one of the bathroom shower doors did not close properly and the bathroom would be completely wet when you take a shower because of poor design. The other bathroom did not have hot water. The hotel stated that the room had two king size beds but they turned out to be queen size. The AC looks like it’s been around for a long time. There’s no utensils or dish ware in the kitchen. And the washer does not work. In the pictures online everything looks clean and new. Even the pool looked really nice but when we went to go to the pool hoping to go for a swim, there was yellow stains on the tiles at the bottom of the pool. Definitely disappointed but overall our stay was alright.

The apartment was very spacious. The apartment was very well equipped. It wasn't very clean or new but it was acceptable. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was very close to the markets and there was a mall on the other side of the building. You can find supermarket, cafe and shops in it. Very convenient indeed. Also, it was only 10-15 minutes from the airport on taxi. Perfect plave to stay if you have an early flight. I would stay in this hotel again when I come to Da Nang.

The location is very good. Easy to hail a taxi. Shopping complex is just next door & local shops are within walking distance.

The building smelled very bad of cigarette smoke! The suites were old and dirty. The washer didn’t work. The sink was broken. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. No food cold coffee and cockroaches crawling around. Pool was working when we arrived and when it finally opened it was cloudy. Broken loungers with no cushion. No pool towels. Room safe didn’t work. Bed so hard it felt like a box spring

The suite was spacious, big kitchen with some utensils. Bedrooms were spacious. Living room has a TV with english channels. Front desk staff was friendly (because we had a friend who spoke vietnamnese). Location was opposite a marketplace and part of a mall. About 20 mins walk to dragon bridge, but we took taxi. Hotel had tour packages and allowed you to rent a car with driver to bring you to places out of Da Nang.
