Nice location and well kept property

NOBODY was at the place where the cars arrived. So they can guide people. Reception is in another floor. I arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready.. the room the AC is super loud and next to the bed there are some electrical switches that are not functioning!! A hot mess in a nice location!!

La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, el lavamanos estaba tapado, la cortina de la habitación dejaba entrar la luz, el Personal en el desayuno fue muy atento

I liked our room very much, comfortable and spacious for 2 adults and 1 kid. Hotel was quiet. Air conditioning was not the best. At 3pm, when the hot outside is the highest, room was warm even though we set the AC at 18 C degrees and high speed. It never got cool enough. Apart from that, I would stay here again.

The shower would clog and would take the water a little long to go down the drain , the ceiling looks like nothing but concrete

Very nice place

Nice hotel, clean, very safe, good value, lovely bed and bedding, great reception staff. Negatives were only regarding housekeeping. Only one washcloth and one hand towel in bathroom for a room with 2 beds.....and we were 2 guests. Housekeeping came in to clean room and then the bathroom had one washcloth and no hand towels. The coffee maker was not cleaned, the trash was not removed, nor was the floor vacuumed. No trash can liners in trash cans which seems unsanitary.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, el servicio excelente, La experiencia de la hora feliz en la terraza atendidos por Leonel, muy buena La atención en el restaurante por Iván y Raúl, mexcelnte!
