The room I stayed in was extremely hot and air conditioning system was so outdated and a temp setting control was only available in just three modes: low, mid and high. After I had complained about room being too hot, they brought a fan, which was just circulating hot air. I could not sleep at all during the night because it was too uncomfortably hot in the room! A toilet bowl was not cleaned and filthy! I will NEVER stay at this hotel!!

Very nice property. Hotel was older but very well maintained

Everything is as expected. However, they should not Automatically charged additional 150 Yen per person, 3 of us as we did not use it or asked us if we're interested in taking the Hot Springs Facility.

It’s okay for families and friends together. Dated facilities.

Good value for price. The breakfast was a very nice buffet with a lot of choices. Miyazaki is a beautiful city with many things to see.

Superb service. The staff immediately came to help with my luggage and also was very quick to come with a trolly after I called in the morning to request one. They helped me load it into the car, too. I came late in the evening, so I couldn't use all of the facilities as they were closed, but I was able to use the onsen. It was clean and very relaxing. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel, friendly and professional staff!

The hotel has good restaurants within. We tried the yakiniku and was happy with the food. Good spread of breakfast.

Terrible. Disappointing. The carpet was so dirty, stains everywhere. When we woke up, we notice the sheets were dirty on one of the beds. The slippers were also old and dirty. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air into the room and the latch broke. The hotel has an Onsen, but they charge you additional fees to use it upon arrival. They don’t even give you towels, they tell you to bring one from your room. We booked a river view room, it’s not that pretty, in fact it is quite noisy since the room faces the street. We can hear the train and cars all day all night. The location is quite out of the way. It is approximately 15-20min walk from the train station and the restaurants.
