Staff couldn't find the reservation of 3 rooms properly. They only found 1 room. Original request of having 3 rooms together could not be met, which was inconvenient. Rooms were alright.

Stay would have been better if the staff could have re assigned us a room away from the renovation work area. We couldn't sleep after performing Umrah in the night. Spent restless days and finally a peaceful room was given with no repair sounds. Overall stay was ok.

Good hotel and good service , and nice breakfast

The stay was good, however, the bathrooms wasn't clean enough, the shuttle bus to makkah timetable wasn’t visible

Restaurant breakfast very disappointing. They don’t serve tea or coffee for breakfast!

The overbooked the hotel, the security guard and cleaning guys were stopping me from entering the hotel. Finally another guy who spoke a little English came and allowed to enter the hotel.

Very good stay. only the bus to HARAM is not coming on time all the time. In RAMADAN you need to take the hotel bus to a place where you then have to take public bus to go to Haram and vise versa. Not sure if this is the same in other days

Good stay with good food but the room is not clean daily and it is far away from Harm

Food for Sahur was not that good! most of the time was spent at the Haram therefore i did not have much experience.
