Lovely hotel and location. Our third time staying there.
Unfortunately there was an issue with noisy neighbours but the hotel staff were helpful at resolving and moved us to a different room.

Lovely hotel, easy to get the bus into Lucca - we did this a few days in a row as it is a bit limited for other shops or restaurants.
Hotel pool was lovely and very quiet space, towels were provided.
Restaurant was nice simple food.
Breakfast was ok.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa with grand common area spaces, beautiful grounds and a lovely pool. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful breakfast and sat outside in the beautiful garden. There was free parking and it was a short drive to both Pisa and Lucca. The Villa has a long history so some areas show some wear but it gives it character and everything was clean. We loved the quiet location and beautiful surroundings. I would come again!
