極佳 Great hotel and great staff. Very well maintained facilities and well curated breakfast and dinner. Great pickup and drop off service from and to the train station. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and polite.
Enjoyed our stay very much. We would visit again.

Kinugawa Kanaya Hotel is an incredible property with unparalleled Japanese hospitality. The stunning surroundings are matched by the dedication of the staff, especially Moeka, who was exceptionally personable and professional. Her service made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Kinugawaonsen Train Station. You can take the bus from the bus stop outside the Train Station to most of the attraction near Kinugawa. The hotel's staff is nice and friendly. The food from the hotel is great. I booked a room with private Onsen, nice and great experience.
