Adequate room. Pub below noisy. Power sockets by bed don't work. Extraction fan in bathroom needs cleanout. Staff were lovely and was so appreciative of late checkin.

We didn't have breakfast there.

Room very clean. Only downfall is being situated above a bar where they played loud music. It could be just the night we stayed. But, for a traveller who needs to wake up early it’s not ideal.

Parking was easy and the atmosphere was very family orientated laid vack and rekaxing. Although i had alot of stairs to climb the staff were very happy to help me when i arrived and when i left thank you. The staff really looked after ne i really appreciated the accommodation Thank you Raymond Kaiki

The Rooms were basic, with dated fittings. Staff weren't overly friendly.

Offered the incorrect room originally. Which was smaller than paid for. The room we paid for had no working A/C.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The room and facilities were generally dirty—dust everywhere, cups not cleaned, and a strange smell coming from the toilet. The soap had already been opened before I even checked in. The first room I was given had an AC that wouldn’t turn on, and although I was moved to another room, the AC there barely worked either. It wasn’t blowing air properly, wasn’t cooling the room, and kept flashing an error light indicating the filter needed replacing. Overall, the place is poorly maintained and the customer service is almost nonexistent. Feels like a complete scam.

Noisy, dirty, smelly, non-working lights and power outlets.

The room was clean, great shower. The receptionist was very helpful
