The Check In was horrible and took way over one hour because the night person was terrible at communication!!! I called the hotel in the morning and the man I spoke with encouraged me to book the two rooms through you folks at "EXPEDIA", which I did. I explained thoroughly to the morning gentleman who would be checking into the two rooms and he even repeated the name back to me. Please know that the "Horrible Check In Experience" never should have happened!!! Please reprimand the Rodeway Inn Evening/night person. The daytime man could not have been nicer!!! Thank you for listening!!! Sincerely, Michael G. Gammon
