Put milk and water in the fridge for travelers that would be good.

We cancelled due to general lack of cleanliness. The front desk couldn't find us a room and the pool was empty

The first night could not get my car into the car park had to park on the roadside the window in my room could not be locked so that made me feel a little uneasy as would have been very easy to break into my room there was tea and coffee but no milk so had to go buy some as no staff around to ask

My husband arrived here and they couldn’t stay because it was terrible. He had to rebook at another place and now we are waiting for a refund through Expedia. A window was taped up with gaff. There was no parking onsite. There was rotted timber under the window.

Old spring mattress that dug into me no matter how I tossed and turned. Decades of brown muck in the corners of the bathroom

No table or cutlery small bugs come up drain hole etc

Over priced for basic accommodation

Showed up they weren't even there, called the manager, waited 15 mins for them to show. There was broken cars and sketchy people hanging around. I didn't feel safe. I chose to not confim my check in because I felt Unsafe as a solo traveling woman in my 20s(either I was unsafe or my car was going to get stolen). The manager promised me Expedia would reimburse since the confirmation was pending and i decided to not stay there due to self preservation. Expedia still hasnt reimbursed.

Unsure if property still a motel as advertised .even the person I spoke with said the pictures they has not put on website . Been trying to contact Last minute to discuss - no response as yet
