Very convenient location and the staff lovely. If coming on a Friday or Saturday there is live music until 11pm so it is impossible to hear the TV or sleep until the music is over.

The property was beautifully restored, clean and convenient for exploring Coffs Harbour. Fully recommended

I stayed for six nights and paid full price each night, yet my room was not cleaned once and my towels were never replaced. When I raised this with staff, I was told housekeeping is only done after checkout. There was also no air conditioning or heating, and the rooms became extremely cold at night. This is unacceptable given the nightly rate. Very disappointing experience.

Great place to stay as it is central to everything. Travelling on my own, being female, I felt quite safe. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Everything was spot on except no air conditioning in the room so won’t be revisiting in the warmer months. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, food downstairs was really good, nice area, close to cafe’s and drinking holes

Everything was Great parking was ok.

No air con of which we were aware- but noisy ceiling fan. Great shower! Lovely meal in the bar downstairs.
